Your enrollment documents checklist:
✅ Student’s certified birth certificate,
✅ Immunization records,
✅ Proof of residence within the school district boundaries,
✅ The last report card or withdrawal form from the prior school district (if available),
✅ Your student’s Social Security Card (if available).

Lista de documentos para la inscripción:
✅ Acta de nacimiento del estudiante,
✅ Cartilla de vacunación,
✅ Comprobante de domicilio dentro de los límites del distrito escolar,
✅ La última boleta de calificaciones o formulario de baja del distrito escolar anterior (si está disponible),
✅ La tarjeta del Seguro Social de tu estudiante (si está disponible).
